This is an ADM Losmandy and Vixen dovetail with two counterweights, a 3 lb. 8oz. and a 1 lb. 12 oz, for a total of 5 lbs. 4 ozs. of weight.
This is for counterbalancing your astrophotography gear at the back of your scope with a weight attached to your accessory Losmandy rail at the front of the scope.
The paint on one of the weights is flaking off, but that's hardly important for a piece of equipment like this.
